DSA Surveyors has been established as a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Construction Project Managers offering a wide range of construction related surveying services as well as more traditional Building Surveying services.

We specialise in acting as Project Manager and Employer's Agent for commercial development projects.

We also act as CDM Co-ordinator where we are appointed to another role in a project and can also offer these services individually for major projects.

A significant amount of our historical workload (as David Southern & Associates) and our current workload consists of projects which are funded by tax efficient investment opportunities allowing us to offer our expertise previously to Enterprise Zone Syndicate funded schemes and latterly to Building Premises Refurbishment Allowance Syndicate funded schemes. We are also providing CDM Co-ordination to a significant Local Authority PFI scheme for the replacement and/or refurbishment of 37 Old Peoples Housing schemes.
